I believe I have lived my entire life for this moment – I’ve been in the fitness business my entire adult life, I’ve owned gyms and a café, I’m a professionally trained chef and have worked in some of the finest kitchens around, and I’ve been a corporate fitness director. Moreover, for me, my 50s have been the best time of my life. When you hit your fifties you’re at a time when you have so much more wisdom and experience and knowledge of life and living that you just didn’t have when you were younger. I want to share what I’ve learned with others and help them live the kind of life they’ve always dreamed of – just like I’m living today. Because you know what? We all deserve to, and we can if we want. I just want to show you how.
I can remember a time, back in my 20s and 30s, when the thought of turning 50 seemed so old! But guess what? It isn’t anymore. In fact, today we live in a unique period in history where age has really become just a number, and good health, youthfulness and accomplishment lie ahead for decades to come. I wanted to do something that celebrated that new paradigm and help guide people in the right direction to make the most of it. Like I said to live the life of their dreams.

I’m a proud grandmother and I love to spend quality time with my one and only granddaughter. I also enjoy vacationing with my husband Peter as well as trying new sports and activities with my friends, like sailing. Sometimes the results are hilarious. Laughter is truly one of my favorite pastimes.
